Prenatal Support Circle Series
This 5-week Support Circle Series meets weekly to allow you and your partner to create lasting connections to take with you into birth, postpartum and parenthood. This circle offers a safe space to process fears, concerns, hopes and build an empowered and equanimous mindset around birth and the transition to parenthood with the guidance of a skilled facilitator.
Centered around Birthing From Within’s lens of compassion, non-attachment to outcome, and productive processing styles, you will experience excavation of your fears and beliefs surrounding birth and achieve more confidence as you move into the rest of your pregnancy, labor and birthing experience.
Each session is 90 minutes long, held once per week, and tailored to the individual needs of the group. These groups are led by studio owner, Kellie and limited to 6 couples.
