For the parent that prefers to pay for our education and fitness classes ala carte but who still wants to be a part of our vibrant support community of new parents online and in person.

What’s included in the Community Patron membership?

  • 10% Off Fitness & Yoga Class Passes

    • Join us in person or virtually every day of the week for prenatal and postpartum fitness and movement classes. With Patron Membership you will get 10% of all drop in and class pass purchases.

  • Weekly Members-Only Pregnant and New Parent Meetups Facilitated by Kellie

    • With skilled facilitation from owner, Kellie Edson who has a decade of experience supporting new parents, you and your partner can join us every Friday morning from 11-1pm at the Root to connect with other expecting and new parents in the Sacramento area for fun, support, and friendship. More info sent after membership is activated.

    • Every Tuesday Evening from 4:30-6pm join owner Kellie for a pregnancy community circle to get your questions answered and to be held in community and support.
