Or maybe you’re looking for a place to host your child’s birthday party or a baby shower without the hassle of clean up of your own home. Maybe you want to host a potluck gathering of friends, or an intimate book club? We’ve got some exciting news….now you are able to:

Pricing

Our small studio space rents for $25/hr on it’s own, weekdays. $30/hr on it’s own on the weekends. It is also available for rent along with the larger studio space if you rent out the whole studio. Please be aware that the bathroom is inside the small studio space, so if you don’t have the whole studio rented then patrons from classes in the other room may need to use the restroom during your rental time. (Add 30 min to the time of your event because you will need at least 15 min buffer on either end for set up and clean up)

Our large studio space rents for $40/hr on it’s own, weekdays. $50/hr on it’s own on the weekends. It is also available for rent along with the smaller studio space if you rent out the whole studio. Please be aware that the bathroom is inside the small studio space, so if you don’t have the whole studio rented then patrons from classes in the other room may need to use the restroom during your rental time. Our whole studio space (minus the massage room that is rented out separately) rents for $75/hr on it’s own, weekdays. $80/hr on it’s own on the weekends. (Add 30 min to the time of your event because you will need at least 15 min buffer on either end for set up and clean up)

10% Discount for Bookings longer than 8 hours.
We can also do whole day bookings for a lower monthly price on our Monday and Friday for the larger studio space. For example, if you wanted to rent out the entire back studio space all day Mondays (8am-6pm) we could do this for $750/month. which is almost half off the hourly price. Same for Friday. Or if you wanted to do Mondays and Fridays we could rent it for $1000/month. This is perfect for other yoga and fitness teachers that want access to all of the equipment we have but don’t want to be bogged down with a long lease.
