Navigating New Motherhood
Unpacking the tumultuous experience of matrescence together.
The transition into parenthood can be harrowing. Even if everything goes "smoothly," your body and life have experienced huge changes. New moms need and deserve specialized support navigating this experience.
Too many new moms feel isolated, unsure, and even shame when they are met with the immensely complicated changes motherhood brings. We are bombarded with the expectation that we should just “know” how to be perfect mothers all on our own without any practice or support. We normalize physical pain and mental suffering and are too often told we should just be grateful.
It shouldn’t be this way.
The 6-week Navigating New Motherhood course empowers new moms with knowledge, validation, resources, and community support.
Each week we dive into a curated topic covering the science, culture, and common experiences of postpartum and new motherhood. We also create space for personal reflection, sharing, and a supportive community.
